I have been with Hostgator for over a month now and its time i give credit where credit is due. First off, I came to Hostgator from a bad experience with AWH (for those that dont know, they can look it up with google or something). AWH in my opinion did not have very good customer service/support, in most cases just simple questions would take a couple days or more to answer and by then i found the answer online from someone complaining about AWH, go figure. Many times i have contacted customer support here and they are always glad to assist me with anything and everything i throw at them, most of which are issues ive either caused or just flat out didnt understand at the time, but none the less they were there to help. You just cant beat live chat and phone support, and then on top of that hostgator has a ticket system that never really took too long for me to get a responce to. All in all, no one can guarantee a good hosting experience, and for this since i am happy with my current experience then i do not plan on leaving hostgator, afterall if its not broken, dont fix it.
