Hello,
hamilton will be coming down 8/17 at 22:00 CDT for a RAM replacement. The ETA for this procedure is 20 to 30 minutes. We will update this thread accordingly once we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience and, as always, we thank you for your patience during this time.

Unfortunately the issue appears to be with the memory slot on the motherboard of the server rather than the memory itself. We are currently proceeding with a chassis swap and are working to have the server back up as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience.
