Please allow me to burden you with a brief introduction...

My name is Justin, and effective immediately, I will be handling most of the support requests posted within these forums. Host Gator management realizes that a properly managed Support Forum is crucial to the day-to-day operations of its business, and regretfully acknowledges that the level of participation within these forums by members of the HG staff has been progessively dipping towards the low end of the spectrum.

That is about to change.

I have been charged with the task of ensuring that all support topics posted here are acknowledged and replied to in a timely fashion. In short, you will no longer have to wait days for a response, and in many cases, will not have to wait at all.

Now for a little bit about me and my technical background...

I am currently employed as Lead Web Developer for one of the largest non-tech corporations in the United States, and have held this position for the past 5 years. I am self-taught and well-versed in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, Perl (just a little bit), MySQL, Access, SQL Server, and a few other languages whose acronyms elude me at the moment. I am a card-carrying web-a-holic, and am not ashamed to admit it.

Additionally, I have spent a little over 2 years reselling web hosting services in a WHM/Cpanel environment, so I am also knowledgeable in those areas as well. I addition to operating my own successful general discussion forum, I also co-admin 3 other forums and serve as occasional moderator on a host of others.

As for my job here, I will tell you right now that I will not be able to personally answer 100% of your support questions, however, I will always acknowledge your questions and will do my best to find the right solution for you as quickly as possible.
