Great Transition and Helpful Staff

I signed up on Thanksgiving Eve. I have to say I was VERY impressed with the promptness of you technical support, both email and live chat. It is refreshing to have a hosting provider with solid support at a good price. The fact that I recieved good support over a holiday says a lot about your business model and management.

I also couldn't be more pleased with the server! At my old provider it took 5 to 30 seconds just for the DNS to resolve, then another 4 to 30 seconds for the page to generate. I am now getting instand DNS resolution along with sub-second page generation. FANTASTIC!

Keep up the great work. You will reap the benefits of continued growth, which of course could benefit all of us.

Another great interaction with staff. Sam was very helpful on live support. We had a problem with the MySQL server that he addressed very promptly. From the time I logged into live chat until the server was fixed was less than 20 minutes.

Also thanks to Josh and Monica regarding my post above this one. Great technical support! It means a lot to those of us coming from crappy hosting services to even be able to get in touch with technical support, nevermind that you might actually be able to address an issue.
