Great!
Have been with HostGator for years now and have only compliments to staff and to the service.
The support has been excellent. No more than 1.5 hours for a ticket, the uptime is just as described, and the price is worth the service. I've seen some negative reviews here and there and am not sure why. Thanks! EDIT: I must add, I have about 6 or 7 sites running with HG... Hatchling may mislead. Wish I could change that. My next step is dedicated to get all sites on 1 server.
