I just got off the phone with Lorn (sp?) and just wanted to place my satisfaction on the public forum.

You see, I'm a newb at this hosting, server, domains, directories, point-your-domain, stuff. I give myself headaches, sometimes. I am an old dog trying to learn a new trick.

Though I hated doing so (always prided myself for being able to figure things out) I found it necessary to call twice with what may have seemed like stupid questions. Both calls were made within a few minutes and Lorn was unlucky enough to be assigned them.

He was very professional and walked me through the steps I needed. Most appreciated was that at no time did I feel I was bothering him by asking something basic, or made to feel as though, "I should know this."

Again, thank you all for your assistance. One of the reasons I chose Hostgator was because of the high praise from other users, of the support you offer. Add me to the list of very satisfied customers!
