Great support
I've been with HG for a few years now, and have been nothing but impressed.
Today I had an enquiry as I needed to set up a new website for work but wanted to do it on an entirely new account, I logged into live chat and within 30 seconds I was typing to a representative, who was nothing but polite. Within another 30 seconds my query was answered, jobs a goodun!
