As a newbie to Hostgator, I want to commend and thank the support group for the help in getting a addon domain straighten out and working. I was on the phone awile with tech support and on hold several times but problem was resolved, and he stayed with me and walked me though the process if it happens again, and I could understand him didn't have to keep saying eh? After being with 1and1 and trying to get phone support that is alot.... (Not that 1and1 and is bad, just can't understand and relate to most of their tech dept.

Also, the few tickets i have turned in, they all have been answered with great speed and help. The only down side is i have trouble finding online answers to some questions and finding the right info is kind of hard, but it just might be me....
