After more than half a year using a reseller account at Hostgator I think it is time to finally thank them for their great support. I live in Indonesia so the time difference is huge, but still whenever I need some help I only have to open MSN messenger and there is always somebody to help.
I have used hosting accounts since I can remember but I never saw that service before. Or maybe I can better say it differently: Many companies promise 24 hours support but until now hostgator is the only one keeping that promise. Of course there were also some minor problems but not worthy to list here because they always solved it as quickly as possible. Thanks for the kind words, isya. Just out of curiosity, what is the time difference? Currently it is 2:00 Saturday here in the Eastern US, so in Indonesia it must be what... Thurday?

If I am not wrong it is here 12 hours later. So when I post this message it is 00:14 in America (Eastern US) and here it is 12:14. You can imagine that when I post a message here at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, I am amazed there is still somebody to help me
, even though it is in the middle of the night there.

Yes I must agree here...I live in Western Europe and the time difference is about 7-8 hours which is not good becuse If i need help during MY bussiness hour it's night in the US(I end up working at 16:00 which means that the bussiness day starts in the US)...
End everytime I needed support I got it..it doesn't metter that sometimes the person on the other side doesn't know the answer to your problem its enough to know that there is someone who will take care of that in one way or other and you just have to open MSN..... I must say that I didn't had bad experiences with other hosts because I did a big big "study" on the hosts over the net...I even used my little trick with emails to see who's the best and at the end there were only two...Gator and huh...can't remember ...well Gator won and from that point I knew I saved myself a lot of money, times and nervs....I'm with gator from Oct03 and have a reseller account.... And planning on staying for a while.... thanx guys for everything.... |
