I have been working with websites and using various hosts since the late 1990's, most were terrible to work with, I have been with HG for over a year now (reseller package now moved to dedicated server) and the service is A1, you can get support using the livechat straight away and the team know their stuff, I am 100% happy with the service here.

update, I am still setting up my dedicated server, no matter what the problem, no matter what the time, I can get hold of someone using live support, and they resolve the problem without delay...... AWESOME!
