Great Service so far!
Hello,
I've been with HostGator for well over a year and i'm am more than happy with the service, the uptime is brilliant and i have not noticed any outages ever. The Amount of Features i am given is more than enough to suit my needs, whether it be SQL Databases or Email Accounts. The only drag i have is the reply times with support, normally i have to wait for over four hours for my tickets to be replied and i am normally waiting for 15 minutes on hold within live chat to get an answer, but apart from that it's great.  Keep up the good service HostGator

Thanks for your review and the kind words!
Our support response times are usually less than that (we've been pretty busy lately because of some upgrades and billing audits), so you are likely to see faster responses as time goes on.
