I just had a great service experience from Sean Me who helped me confirm the correct path in a script and then led me toward permissions issues that solved my issue. Someone with less knowledge probably would have just given the ol' "we don't offer script support" cop-out but he didn't.
I think if you have bad chat support the answer is to try again for another agent. They aren't (can't be) all the same caliber. Steve from NH Not a code warrior by any means! ![]()

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your kind words. Ideally, we would like for all of our support representatives to be on the same (advanced) level and this is something we are working on, but like you said, there are always going to be representatives who are better than others. Either way, your kind words are appreciated. Thanks for being a customer.
