Great service (even on friday night)

Hello all,

I have reseller hosting with hostgator. I have been with them for about 6 months now. So far I haven't had anything to complain about and the server is up every time I check.

I have up to this point not had a website really and have used the service mostly as an email service for personal use.

The reason I got the reseller account though is that I planned to sell hosting.

So the other day I signed up for whmautopilot and got a good domain name to host from. They sent my key code for autopilot to me in an email. It had a mis-spell and the key didn't work.

I'd like to let every know that Sam at the online help desk was most helpful to me on friday night when he took the time to get me the correct key code for autopilot even though he was quite busy.

Good job Sam. And hostgator.com in my opinion is second to none.
Very pleased with the service here. (I have been serving websites since 1997. I have tried many hosts and found none better)
