This is by far the greatest host I have been with, and I have been with a few. The support here is excellent, I am running with the Swamp Gator, very kind people run this and I am glad to be apart of it. They have done things for me I didn't have a clue how to do, and I appreciate the very good support I have received here. Only thing being is, is that I have changed my domain name to something smaller with your web hosting server, from a longer domain (using your server in the first place) to a shorter domain (using your server still), but you keep telling me that I have to direct my new domain name to my nameserver.... I keep telling you I don't have a clue how to do it and you keep replying with a link that doesn't give me anymore information on how to do it than what you was telling me in the first place. On this link, it also says, you will do it for me if I purchased the domain name from you (which I did), if you purchased somewhere else, I would have to do it myself. I'm sorry, I am quite a newbie with all this. I had such a great forum, lots and lots of stuff I had done to it and all I wanted was to simply change my domain name. Like I said, I am not taking credit away from this great web server and such nice people and good support, it's just I am not getting anywhere with my domain changing, I wish I had never done it.
