Great Host, Awesome Support

I just want to say that I am very impressed with Hostgator's support team and service. I have been with Hostgator for over a year now, and I've received nothing but the best in support and very good reliability.

Installing server modules, opening firewall ports, you name it. Some of the requests I send in I even think to myself "oh, they probably won't do this" -- but they end up doing anyway! The service has been prompt and helpful and is overall stellar, especially considering I'm on a shared plan!

Great work so far! Keep it up!
