My one year (or thereabouts) review of Hostgator.

Let's start with this:

I'm not a very needy customer. I try to help myself first. I can't BELIEVE some of the unreasonable expectations I see here from time to time, from my fellow customers.

Anyway..

The server I'm on has been rock solid. The support (the few times I've needed it) has been top notch, courteous, and with breakneck speed. Phone, chat, support ticket... it hasn't mattered.

It has simply been a pleasure having my sites hosted with Hostgator, and at an extremely good value.

To the folks at Hostgator.. keep doing what you do. You do it well!
