I just felt i should post my my experiences so far with HG.

I Joined about 2 months ago and had my account set up within 15-30 mins with no problems at all.

I just got around to moving my sites over from my old host this week and contacted support about a Vbulletin transfer.....they were right there ready to help and other than a few communication problems we got it easily done all in the same day (3 hours in fact).

I have to say i spent hours and hours looking at the reviews for hostgator before joining up and just wanted to add my positive one for others to read.

We all need to remember that in ANY business there are some employees who are better than others and spend more time with things...........HG is no different, some support members are 100% every night while others may not be......thats life.....we just need to be patient and work together to get the problem solved.
