My account has been suspended without any warnings! Now, 10 hours pust it still suspended, even it has been fully payed and the rest.
Someone might say you have to pay your bills by yourself. I am a PayPal payer and it set by HG that I can not pay till I get the invoice from HG. Thing is it happend 2 month in the row, First time was resolved within 1 hour. Very sad!!! |

I have sent emails to billing, sales, and techsupport, have not got any responce from anybody
Chat support can not unsuspend accounts, it is only 1 st level, and good only for pointing you on some links regards free templates on Hostgator sites. |

You still have an invoice past due.....
it was created on 2004/11/13 invoice number 28213 You were suspended a month ago as well because it's months past due. I have turned your account back on but if you don't pay your invoices your account is shut down. Please pay this ASAP or it will be turned off again automatically.

thanks but damage been done!
28213 is 2$ invoice for Site Builder, and it has been there for 3 months now. I have had it for one month. I did not liked it, I have not touched it from first look, and I do not whant it! Please, suspend the SiteBuilder, in fact I do not whant anything to do with that! Please, do not suspend over 20 sites under my account which are under different invoice and fully payed. Are you trying to say, if I am getting 2 invoices for different things. And if I am not paying one, i am loosing everything?? If your "Modern Bill" software does not do the job proparly, please, do not try to blame me. |

When there is an open invoice that is pass due, and the e-mails sent out asking for payment go unanswered. Everything under that client ID is suspended. I have removed site studio for you.
