Good overall.

Sometimes the support isn't as helpful as I would like when it comes to "technical" questions, however they are prompt and courteous.

You know what I like best about their support? The fact that besides the servers being down occasionally, I have almost never had to actually TALK to tech support. I'm content in knowing that things are running fine.
