whereas Dustin just forward the task to ticket system .
I understand that this can help solved by ticket system but imagine if we have many queries a day and ALL support person ask you to sybmit a ticket what will happen to us?. those unwanted downtime.

hope the Live Person ppl can guide us till they can rather then taking easy step.
