Hello,

I just read your entire ticket history and am not really sure how we made you feel bad. We told you the script was a problem pinging and all it needed was to be disabled. Please let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for reply...Now was not about that "ping" (that ping was just to test something , but was MY MISTAKE) was a script like dnsreport.com to display DNS records who used php function "shell_exec" and linux commands "dig" and "host" (these commands are allowed on linux like normal user) to display NS, MX records...This worked for maybe 5 or 6 months (was more than 3000 unique domains tested) without a problem...and I think was not bad for server...maybe was...

My question is why they didn't stop this from beginning ?....

Again I am saying there is no provider of web hosting better than HG...And believe me I searched all Internet to find something else...

best regards,
george

Hi George,

The only way to keep people from doing certain things would be to not give them hosting at all. =)

I'm sorry if you felt unwelcome as that definantly was no the case we only had a problem with this particular issue, and in no way wanted you to cancel. We just wanted to solve the problem as we told you when we disabled it.

Thank you for understanding, and I do hope you join us again very soon. Good luck!
