well, today i just used the live chat option for support. The good part I liked was the fact that the support crew really knows there stuff!! The down side is that is seems that they are chatting with 50 other customers at the same time. It takes a long time for the support person to respond. It took a couple of minutes to type one link. Other then that, however, it was very good!

We actually have most of our employees complaining there is nothing to do we are so overstaffed at the moment. Because of this all chat techs have strict orders to work with admins if they aren't sure on something help the customer in chat rather then tell them to put a ticket in.
I'm guessing if it took a while whoever you were talking to was getting help on something they weren't sure about them self.
