Unhappy Golf Mini Outages

Since the extended outage on the 20th I have noticed daily outages of http and mail services lasting approximately 2-5 min. Many of my customers that host with me have companied to me about this issue and I am afraid that if this continues they will start hosting with someone else. What is the cause of this, and what are you doing to resolve this issue? If I don’t receive a satisfactory answer I will be forced to look to someone else for my clients hosting.

This is happening on charger too. Have you found the cause? Has Host Gator responded?

Exclamation Re: Golf Mini Outages

By e-mail I was told that "It's possible you were viewing the site at the exact moment we were restarting the daemon in order to commit new user additions but at this point I can not see anything wrong."

I really don't know what daemon they are referring to, but if someone does know (Hostgator personnel, in particular), it would be really nice to know, as my customers have complained several times.

Regards.
