Going very well

Just wanted to write a few words to let you know that I signed up with HG last monday and everything is going smoothly.

Their accounting dept. wanted me to verify my account (something I appreciated as you hear all sorts of things about online fraud), and within minutes I was poking at my CPanel screen (quite daunting for a complete newby like myself)....

Considering that such a novice, the people over at online customer support (chat?) have been superb, patient and very quick to answer all my seemingly obvious questions.

We´ll see how the site, forum and all the other bells go (mine is a blog-forum site destined to host my friends´articles and artwork online). Making some baby steps with Rapidweaver to start familiarizing myself with web-design and hopefully start learning a bit of code little by little.

Anyway, thanks for making things easy!

I have been with host Gator for several months and the support has been excellent. Every time I have contacted them my questions have been answered quickly and politely. I would give the support staff a A+ rating.
