Going very well
Just wanted to write a few words to let you know that I signed up with HG last monday and everything is going smoothly.
Their accounting dept. wanted me to verify my account (something I appreciated as you hear all sorts of things about online fraud), and within minutes I was poking at my CPanel screen (quite daunting for a complete newby like myself).... Considering that such a novice, the people over at online customer support (chat?) have been superb, patient and very quick to answer all my seemingly obvious questions. WeŽll see how the site, forum and all the other bells go (mine is a blog-forum site destined to host my friendsŽarticles and artwork online). Making some baby steps with Rapidweaver to start familiarizing myself with web-design and hopefully start learning a bit of code little by little. Anyway, thanks for making things easy!

I have been with host Gator for several months and the support has been excellent. Every time I have contacted them my questions have been answered quickly and politely. I would give the support staff a A+ rating.
