GMC has been experiencing trouble since 11am EST today at which time ticket JMR-232905 was filed. Server was experiencing 90%+ memory loads along with 90%+ swap disk useage. Finally crashed or was rebooted about 6:42PM. Called support and couldn't find out anything. Added more info to the ticket and still waiting. As of 10:51 PM - Server status page won't even load or CP all db sites very slow 10x slower than normal + emails timing out.

I got a response finally about 12 PM saying they identified the trouble and would have it fixed within 30 minutes. An hour later loads were still high so I went to bed. Monday morning the loads were normal. Loads were still high at times but not causing any real problems until Tuesday when the pop services failed along with loads in excess of 40 which when I reported this to support I received the following:

We'll be holding our breath for that as all the stores we host are sometimes unuseable due to the load. Really strange that other than occasional problems along the way loads have usually remained low. Now they remain high!

Well we received a kernel upgrade today after several days of reboots and site downtime only to have no email. All email accounts for all domains we host bounce email and cannot send email
Contacted support and they asked for the cp pass and email account pass....
