gmc :: chasis swap

GMC will be going offline for about 30-45 minutes due to a degraded array on the server. We tried swapping the hard drive previously on this server which did not resolve the issue so we are currently swapping the entire server.

Not sure if others are experiencing the same , but we have found that all accounts we host are no longer functioning properly. Email is not working, ftp is not working, secure cpanel, and scripts not working properly. We also notice that cpanel reports the last OS cpanel updates back to may 30th. Support has been contacted and are working on it.

Any idea when GMC will be fully functional again or if it IS being looked at?

Email was restored through a support request and later whmautopilot functionality by enabling Zend. But no word for the last 4+ hours.

Users have no access to ftp, secure sites, crons, or sites that use missing php items.
