You can email wesley @ hostgator.com to request access to the forums. If you are having a problem with your account you can contact Live Chat for basic questions or submit a ticket at https://tickets.hostgator.com (or send an email to support @ hostgator.com.

If you have a specific question you can ask it here. These are peer support forums but users are willing to try and help with questions.

Have you tried to password protect any directories recently?

Can you still access your web site via cPanel?

Hello,

Be sure the permissions on your folders are set to 755 and 644 for your files. This should solve your problem.

If you continue to experience issues, please email support@hostgator.com

Hi Slayter,
This issue was as a result of file permissions. You have the majority of your files and folders/directories set to 777 permissions. Proper permissions are:
Folders/Directories: 755
non cgi-bin/ Files: 644
files inside cgi-bin: 755

I ran a quick permissions fix script across your web space, and your site now appears to be loading without issue for me.

I just happened to be looking over the forums while still at the office (I wouldn't have had the access necessary to fix the problem if I had been at home), so I was able to help in this instance. Future requests would be best serviced by emailing support@hostgator.com (or logging in to http://tickets.hostgator.com).
