.php boards are down and I am getting

apache failed in service status is clearly server side, as are too many connections to mysql, unless you're connecting to mysql a ridiculous amount of times yourself and causing it to max out... but if you're using a popular forum script like SMF or phpBB that isn't likely. Hope it's sorted now?
