The real reason is that he have edited his post count in the forums database, having root access to the server...

The funny side effect of this is that if you go to his profile:

http://forums.hostgator.com/member.php?u=5041

And look at the "Statistics" tab, you'll see his posts per day goes down each time you refresh, even if it's only a second later. vBulletin keeps dividing the number of posts by the number of days he's been a member, but the day is read as a decimal.

Maybe there's a feature for deducting negative posts, but don't get any ideas.

What I want to know is when this old geezer can escape from the "hatchling" category.
