A few days ago I opened a ticket and mentioned that the asp server had 3 disks that were in the red...

Disk sda6 (/home) 99 %
Disk sda2 (/usr) 94 %
Disk sda3 (/var) 91 %

After I brought this up, someone brought /usr and /var down to 76% and 83% respectively. /home still sat at 99% and the last email I got on the ticket was that someone was going to clear data off soon.

Well, I was editing an existing file in Dreamweaver today and could not save it. I went in and tried to FTP the file up and got a disk full message. So I looked at Cpanel and saw that the disk was at 100% usage now.

Next I logged into the ticket system and saw that the ticket was closed. I responded to it asking why it was closed if the problem was not resolved.
