Server is running a file system check now. If there are no errors it should be back online once it is completed. We will update this thread as we get more information.
To prevent further issues on this server. The planet is taking this server down to replace the 3ware card. We will update this when the swap has been completed.
The card has been replaced and all services should be online. We will continue to monitor this server closely to make sure all issues are fully resolved.
