The box/server I am on is still not back up. Any idea when we can expect this issue to resolved? I am (like others) losing potential clients and income because I cannot access my sites. Thanks!

If you haven't already sent in a ticket you should do so. These are peer support forums and staff will respond here but the Help Desk is better for technical issues. You can also check with Live Chat.

Dogman, the attack is now 1.5-2GB, It is under guard and we are awaiting for the attack to subside. The nullroute has been taken off however. I will update this ticket accordingly. We are very for for this inconvenience, but we are working actively to get this under control.

The size of incoming data is residing and the guard is helping at this time. The server is serving pages at this time and we will be actively monitoring this box until no malicious traffic is going through. Thank you everyone for your patience.

At this time there is still a very high amount of inbound traffic to Gator588.

We still have it behind the more aggressive firewall, but due to the large amount of traffic there is still some packet loss.

We are working with the datacenter to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

I do apologize for this major inconvenience, but rest assured we are working to get this server back online 100%.
