Gator458 and Tickets
Gator458 has been up and down for the past two days. I have submitted a trouble ticket and received one responce late last night. I replied this morning and still over 6 hours later I have not received any other answers.
My site wasn't loading at all, couldn't get E-mail or into my cPanel. Not long ago it was up again. This is about the 3rd time I've had problems with the server going down. I notified HostGator before the server went down of the increased server load I've noticed recently and I was basically blown off and said it was "normal". Clearly it wasn't normal because it continued to increase and cause the server to go down!

Do you have ticket numbers I can view on this? I'm seeing your server has only been rebooted once due to load issues.
It's been rebooted for security updates such as new kernal to keep it from getting hacked. You should most definitely be above the 99.9% uptime guarantee though.
