Default gator429 Internal 500 Error

Is anyone else having a problem with gator429? It is a new server and I just signed up 6 days ago. I am continually getting Internal 500 Error. Then a few minutes later it will work. I am also not able to login to SSH at this time saying there are not not enough resources.

The second phpsysinfo loads, the load is usually under 2-3 so the load isn't that high. I have already sent in tickets and they say they keep fixing it but it continues to come back. I hope staff here can help out. Thanks!

Is it brand new or have you used scripts on it? I had this on my reseller but it was a script. They told me it was most likely caused by PHPSuExec and I asked if it was possible to turn it off. They told me it was only possible on dedicated servers so you may want to turn it off depending on what you are doing. Another option you could look at is getting them to edit your php.ini file. They fixed those 2 files and my script works great!!

I'm not seeing any issues on the server side that would cause internal server errors. Usually in these cases it's either :

1. Incorrect .htaccess flags causing the ISE.
2. Incorrect permissions/ownership causing the ISE.
3. You're hitting the maximum process limit for your user (25) which is causing the ISE.

Either way, if you could give us a ticket ID or the domain which is having problems we could surely take a look. Thanks!
