Gator38 problem

Gator 38 is loading my webpages very slowly (30 seconds) and often not completely. I experienced this issue last week (apparenently due to a user overloading the server) and went away the next day.

This time the problem has existed for at least 20 hours and hasn't gone away. I personally think there is a problem with this server. I submitted some tickets (IYN-356459) & (VKC-165361) for this but I haven't received a response today when I suggested the server get checked.

I would appreciate it if someone at HostGator can investigate if Gator38 is operating normally or not.

I got a reply from my support ticket, and it appears that Gator38 has problems with RSS feeds (which most of my pages have). It did, however, work several days ago and I have two other HostGator accounts that don't have any issues with RSS feeds.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
