Ouch! I've had an account with HG less than two weeks, and this is the second time my site has been down during business hours. Please tell me this is not typical.

We've had ours a little over two weeks and as with you, this is the second time. We also have a business site.

So can someone please answer the question, is this typical?

my site is down too, but no worries. as long as it gets fixed, and I'm kept updated.

The server is back online and responding normally.

To answer the questions, this was not a normal issue nor is this something that typically happens.

It IS reassuring to have someone who's been around here a while say this. I did quite a bit of research before choosing HG, and I have high hopes of them.
