As a precautionary measure I'm forcing a backup of the server to our network storage servers and we'll be replacing the failed drive in the array later tonight after this is completed. This should take minimal downtime (5-10 minutes) while our datacenter physically swaps out the drive. Thanks again.

Thank you for your speedy reply and sorry for posting in the wrong thread. I missed something here.
You were absolutely right and it's working again fine now. Simply thought that an internal server error would have nothing to do with me but only with the server. ;O ![]() Concerning the help desk and support: I tried to send a ticket but all the links to the ticket system didn't work for me. After logging in all I got was a blank screen. Hope this was not my fault again!

We are taking gator379 down shortly to replace a failling drive in the RAID array which has been contributing to other issues with this server. This is the final maintenance required to bring this server into full working order. After this it will be basically running on all new hardware.
