gator354 - disk issues
gator354's array re-initialization has been paused and the load has completely dropped and all sites are loading quite quickly for me now. I'm forcing a backup of this server in case we have any issues upon RAID card replacement.

The load on the machine is now nominal. We are investigating why the 3ware card in the machine is behaving poorly after a period of uptime in certain situations. At this time the load issue appears to be fully resolved and I'm forcing backups just in case.
