gator329 not loading?

Leopets.net which works perfectly for me, and every other user for my site, works fine. Loads fine. No problem.

With my boyfriend however, it doesn't. He does a tracert to leopets.net:

He's tried reconnecting his modem, but it didnt work. For some reason gator329 just doesnt work for him at all?

I know this is pre-sales questions, but i'm hoping somebody could help me?

Ticket support and ask them to do a traceroute from gator329 to your boyfriends Ip address and see if HG can see anything wrong.. it could just be the ISP
