Seems alot of hostgator servers are experiencing issues. And it seems the majority of us are being treated the same way.

I have created 2 tickets, first one I was told the site was loading fine but someone was suspeded a couple of days before, which wasnt too helpful given that the issue was still going on during those 2 days.

So I make a new ticket, once again im told my sites are loading fine and was pasted results of a speed test from various locations. Yes, these issues can be intermitant. Replied to the ticket specifying that it was a problem which was occuring alot but not all the time and asked them to look into it again. A user was suspended, today, the same issues, with it not even loading at times.

With 2 tickets and me having to reply several times for things to be properly investigated, things are actually getting worse it seems? I am thankfull that Thomas took some action, unlike some of the other staff.

And I hate to be overly critical but I am a customer and this is incredibly frustrating. This is not the first time I have been experiencing load issues, with this server, and im starting to get the feeling that it wont be the last... that it might just be something you have to deal with if you chose hostgator. I certainly know that if thats the way it is around here, I wont be here.

This failure has been recurring on Gator 326 for @2.5 weeks now and yes all I seem to get is there is no issue,despite providng images of the faults.

It is pointless getting replies saying there is no problem and sites are loading when there is concrete evidence that they are not loading at all for long periods of the day.

I have updated a ticket ,yet again for this isssue....... sorry but it is time to look elsewhere.

I have been having the same trouble as you. I actually have 2 accounts with hostgator and my account of 3 year has no trouble yet the one of only 1 month has been nothing but headaches.

And yet again the sites on 326 are on/off like a yoyo.
