Gator318 :: Scheduled Disk Replacement
Team,
Gator318 will be coming down tonight at 01:00 CDT for a drive swap. We do apologize for the frustrations and inconveniences, however this must be done to ensure the integrity of the data in the array. The ETA for this procedure will be 20 - 45 minutes should everything go well. We will update this thread accordingly when we have more information. As always, we thank you for your patience during this time

We are experiencing some technical difficulties with the server and we are working as quickly as possible with our datacenter to bring this server back online.

Dear Customers,
It appears that during the swap a second drive on the same span that was showing as OK before had failed. This has unfortunately forced us to have to start restoring data from the backups that were made this last Sunday. We do apologize about the inconvenience and will be working to restore service as quickly as possible. |

We have a new chassis provisioned for this server, and are currently restoring files. We're currently working as fast as we can in getting things up.

DNS has been restored, and a maintenance page has been placed online. We will be working as quickly as possible to start restoring websites and other services.
