We are currently filtering out a DDoS attack on the gator293 server. The attack has been going on for a couple of hours now. You may notice a bit of latency, but all sites should be loading fine.

My message board (on this sevrer) was disabled by HostGator support due to what seems to be a DDOS attack I contacted support earlier in the day when I noticed the attack, but was told there was little they can do. I disabled my board and banned a huge range of IP. I turned it on for 5 minutes tonight and bam... diabled. Powweb... I'm no network admin. I'm a customer with a shared account. Help me out here. I didn't even know what a DDOS was until today. You can't just leave me hanging when I need help keeping my site online. Either help me or give me my money back and I'll go elsewhere.
My site gets less than 800 visits a day. I'm not big, I don't run any custom scripts, I'm not a drain on resources. Whatever this problem is, it's not me. It's a host problem. Please help me take care of it. www.nyfalls.com/board/
