I've had a ticket open since Sunday 7-15-07, ticket #YUV-782129. Gator266 has been experiencing problems with access via web. I am able to get there through the cPanel, webmail, and smtp. But experiencing problems trying to view my site through a browser (have tried several, so not a browser issue). The last I heard from the support tech's (this afternoon), they were still working on it.
However, I've had other users of my site tell me they were able to get to it. I've even tried going through proxies to see if it is my IP or network being blocked, or non-accessible for some odd reason. Still no go for me, I can't view the site via any web browser. Any word on this from a HostGator Rep? Have other customers on this box been experiencing the same problems? Last edited by SgtTech; 07-16-2007 at 11:15 PM. |

SgtTech Could you post a link to your site so other people can see if it can be accessed? Sounds like you are having a local issue.

SgtTech if the site you are talking about is http://www.sgttech.us/ then i can access it fine.. as Mack said it sounds like a local issue..

Sorry I didn't get back to the thread earlier. Support has taken care of the issue I was experiencing. My original intent for this thread was to find out if any other customers/peers were experiencing problems on Gator266. If I didn't state that clearly enough I apologize.
The problem was with the server, it was not a local issue. Thanks for replying. |
