Any idea what the problem is, or when it will be back up?
Also, the person on web chat support indicated he had a monitor showing the status of all the servers. Is that available on the web somewhere too so that I can check the status/uptime/etc.? |

No, you don't have access to that. You can use third party monitoring to monitor your server, but that monitoring can't be used for refunds.
