This server is now back online. For the past few hours, we've been experiencing a high load DDoS attack on the server that was affecting not only the server but the switch it resides on so our datacenter was forced to effectively cut off access to the server in order to protect our assets.

We understand this may have incurred a number of problems for your business during this time but please understand that having the server completely unavailable for an undeterminable amount of time would have been a far more serious detriment to your business than losing access for a few hours.

The server's network load is now within an acceptable range and the server itself is responding extremely quickly. We're keeping an eye on the server but do not expect any more issues with it.
