Hello Folks,

Just to update all of you on the gator21.hostgator.com . The server is currently down for some emergency maintainance. It is expected to be back in less than couple hours from now.

The maintaince can be termed as "Hardware Swap" if you need exact information.

Will those on gator21 be able to get a refund for this month for the less then 99.9% uptime as a result of the unannoucened, emergency matainence?

You should communicate that issue with sales dreality. As far as the server is concerned it came back online some 47 minutes ago and I have verified its working now. You should have all your sites and services working at this moment.
