I think there may be a problem with gator188, as I can't reach even cPanel.

I'm seeing the site in your sig fine. You might try running a traceroute to your server to see if there is a problem with routing through your ISP. If the problem persists you might also need to ask tech support if your IP has been blocked for some reason.

It loads fine now. Found out it had a heavy server load by live chat operator.
