We have verified that all hardware in the server is now performing as expected. However, we will need to perform an fsck of /home to restore full service. We will keep this thread updated with it's status.

We will be performing this maintenance on gator1345 starting shortly which will have minimal downtime on some services and for some duration mysql will be stopped. The downtime should be minimal and we'll update you as soon as it is complete.
