gator129 running at snails pace

I've only been with HG for about a month now.. I'm on shared on 129.

It's running extremely slowly.. albeit it still loads (my last host was lypha and they were terrible). I'm just wondering if this is a regular occurrence or if there's a reason behind this? And how long will it last if people know?

Oop.. and it looks like it's finally died. Should I send in a support ticket or would they be aware already?
